Benton Woods Civic Association
Located in the Southeast district, the Benton Woods neighborhood includes 1950's to 1970's era homes. The neighborhood has mixed residential styles and types. The Glenridge Forest - Hammond Hills Neighborhood Association recently abbreviated their name to simply "Glenridge Hammond Neighborhood Association". The neighborhood is located immediately north of I-285, with boundaries that include Johnson Ferry Road on the north, Boylston Road on the west, and Glenridge Drive to the east. Notably, Hammond Drive bisects the neighborhood. The majority of the 500 homes in Glenridge Hammond were built between 1957 and 1965 and are predominately brick ranch style homes.
